About the Position

At Kungsbacka Health Center, we strive for a working method that suits our mission in primary care. This means that accessibility and patient flow are important to us, and we would like you as a practitioner to be able to make initial assessments when needed. Flexibility in treatment is essential, as one should be able to handle both short interventions and longer, more comprehensive treatments. We have a range of different therapy forms that can be offered individually, digitally, or in groups.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed health and medical care curator

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• working with therapies
• assessing care levels
• writing referrals
• conducting screenings

If you have experience in primary care, it may be beneficial, but above all, your personality and drive are decisive in the recruitment. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. We work with computerized journals and several computerized support systems, so good computer skills are necessary.

You have the patient in focus and are comfortable working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous in your work and have the ability to be flexible. It is also important that you contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup and have a good professional demeanor towards your colleagues and patients. We also see that you have a positive attitude towards development work while being secure and independent in your professional role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
